What is stored

Panels are stored so you can track change; delete anytime.

We store the biomarker values you submit or that are extracted from your PDF, plus your account email. Uploaded PDF files are parsed in memory and never stored. You can delete snapshots from History and request full account deletion at any time.

We also store first-party product-usage events (report completed, analysis saved, action started or completed, Doctor Summary viewed, pricing viewed) to understand whether the product works. No third-party trackers beyond cookieless Plausible pageviews; events are never sold.

Retention: snapshots stay on your account until you delete them — nothing expires automatically. We keep no separate product-level backup: deleting a snapshot or your account removes that data from the product database.
