FAQ

Short answers, plain words.

Which labs work?

CurieSense reads Thyrocare-style PDFs best; any panel with the core markers works. This is education, not medical advice — bring the printout to your doctor.

What happens to my data?

Your privacy: only extracted biomarker values are stored — uploaded PDFs are parsed in memory and never kept. Delete any snapshot from History, or your whole account, at any time.

How do I get help?

Support: questions about your report or your account — chat with us in the livechat on this site, or email [email protected]. Anything urgent or medical belongs with your physician, not email.

Who benefits most from CurieSense?

Adults with routine, non-acute lab results who want to understand them between clinician visits — what deserves attention, what to ask, and whether things are changing.

What PhenoAge can and cannot tell me?

PhenoAge can summarize how your chemistry profile compares with age-matched mortality patterns (Levine 2018). It cannot diagnose disease, predict your lifespan, or replace clinical judgment — large one-time drivers like MCV/RDW deserve their own workup.

When to retest?

Follow your clinician's schedule; your plan lists typical recheck windows to ask about — do not retest on CurieSense timing alone. Trust the slope across three or more reports, not the jump between two.

Can CurieSense diagnose me?

No — CurieSense cannot diagnose, rule out disease, or guarantee healthspan gains. It is an educational tracker; decisions belong with your clinician.

Analyze your panel

CurieSense is an educational research tool, not a medical diagnosis. Always review results with your physician.
