How it works

Seven deterministic steps from raw lab values to a ranked plan.

From PDF to report

The seven stages every panel passes through — the same ones, in order, on every draw.

The pipeline · 7 stages 1.0 Ingest 2.0 Classify 3.0 Score 4.0 Age 5.0 Risks 6.0 Plan 7.0 Track

Deterministic end to end: identical lab data always produces an identical report.

The pipeline

Deterministic and inspectable: clinical measures follow published methods and guideline thresholds, while panel and organ scores are CurieSense estimates labeled as estimates.

  1. Ingest: biomarker name, value, unit, age, sex, lab.
  2. Classify: lab reference + 5-zone optimal status.
  3. Score: per-system 0-100 from zone penalties.
  4. Age: Levine Phenotypic Age + gap + counterfactual.
  5. Risks: FIB-4, eGFR stage, ASCVD proxy flags.
  6. Plan: deterministic evidence-graded rules.
  7. Track: change vs your previous report, with bounce explained.
